Our comprehensive Boy and Girl Gender Swaying Plans have been designed to alter your body chemistry prior to conception and also provide you with a complete list of changes you and your partner can make to help conceive your Dream Gender. The Diet needs to be followed for at least 4-6 weeks prior to the month you plan on conceiving although plans go as far out as 3 months prior to an attempt at conception. Each Plan includes a 7 day meal plan. Each daily meal plan has been specially formulated to match the requirements for the proper condition based on the gender you wish to conceive. The Plans include suggested supplements, foods and beverages for the duration of your sway and specific meals are detailed in the sample 7-day menu. You may opt to add a 21-day menu plan which includes 21 days of Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners and Snacks. The Plan should be followed until conception is confirmed. Once conception is confirmed the Gender Diet can be discontinued.
Beyond what you eat, our Gender Selection Plans include a detailed schedule of when to time intercourse and how many attempts to make in order to have the best odds of conceiving your Dream Gender.
