    Salt in the 2ww?

    Should we cut back on the salt in the 2ww??

    Just my 2 cents - if you're on the gender diet, then yes, really high salt leads to high blood pressure and that's not good. I would cut back. I suppose my answer is, that depends on the level.

    THanks Freya, thats kind of what I was thinking. I'm gonna just go to a normal level and if bfn then I can start to top it up again from then.
