Mwilson if you oed cd12 or 13 then that is perfectly normal and a lp of 12+ days is fantastic. I would not be concerned at all if I were you. My cycles were usually 26 days but got as short as 24 days.

Mummy2boys can you get a pink dye test preferbly an frer to test with?
So smep is very straightforward. Bd eod (every 48 hours) from cd8 or cd10 if you prefer. Then bd three days in a row at pos opk, skip a day and bd again the following. So as an example if you started cd10 and got a pos op on cd14 this would be your bds: cd10, cd12, cd14, cd15, cd16 and cd18.

Yes is does mwilson but it has good odds for conception and is highly recommended for older woman and/or those who have been trying unsuccessfully for a long time. It has nothing to do with swaying though and is simpy a go to when just trying to get pregnant
