I agree with XX - it's still positive and not getting lighter, let's just hold steady for now and hope things are progressing and it's just not showing up super dark on the test for some reason.

Thank you for your support and positive thoughts XXforhubby and atomic! Thanks! I feel lonely. I havn't told anyone about our miscarriages, beside DH, obviously... But we don't really talk about it.
No new hpt.. Took the last one 19 dpo.. We're not home now, spending christmas with DH's family. Just waiting for the spotting to start..

Thank you Atomic and XXforhubby
CD 15 today and STRONG positive opk and ovulation pain.
I don't know what more to do. This is the supps me and dh is taking:
Me: Folat (no acid), magnesium, Q10 (high dose!), selenium, vitamin D, vitamin E, zinc, baby aspirin and vitamin B12.
DH: Folic acid, zink, vimatin D and Q10.
I've been eating supps much longer than dh.
I'm having an ultrasound in a couple of weeks (uterine polyps?!). They won't do any blood test.. But it's clear that we don't have any problems to get pregnant...

What doses are you guys taking??
Do you have a proven clotting disorder or are you taking the aspirin just in case?? We are finding that for those who don't need it, aspirin is causing more harm than good.

Thanks for reply atomic.
I've read all posts about aspirin. I just feel torn..
No, no clotting disorder confirmed! But with DD and DH i did take aspirin until delivery, also with all my miscarriages. Some of my cycles without aspirin has resulted in bfn's. (i know, it's impossible to say if aspirin is doing any good...)
My doses:
Q10 900 mg
Zinc 50 mg
Folate 1000 mcg
Magnesium 350 mg
Selenium 400 mg
Vitamin E 270 mg
Vitamin B12 1000 mcg

My inclination, given your history of inexplicable losses is for you to wean off the aspirin. Even though it worked out a couple times, the fact is something is not right here and I would start by eliminating the one thing we know of hat's been linked in studies to be potentially harmful since you have no medical need for it.
You are taking WAY, WAY too much of some of these things. I strongly urge you to immediately wean off of them. Just because some nutrients are good, more is not better.
Coq10 - 400 mg max and I think because you've been taking so much it might be better if you dropped to 200
Zinc - 8-15 mg. That dose is poison for a woman in the long term. That high amount of zinc is meant to be used only for a short time as help getting over a cold.
Are you taking iron?? That high dose of zinc may have blocked your iron intake, I'd add in 18-30 mg daily
I don't recommend more than 200 mg magnesium for women
That is much more than the recommended daily amount of selenium. You cannot just find out what is the absolute highest dose that doesn't cause harm and then take that indefinitely, it builds up. I strongly strongly suggest weaning back to more like 100% (which is 50 mcg) or coming off it all together.
Vit E - you're also taking a massive dose of Vit. E and Vit. E has been linked to causing birth defects. Please no more than 100% daily recommended value (15mg)
Way too much B12 and your body stores B12 (it doesn't just get excreted fast like other B vitamins) I would take 1000 mcg only once a week or find a different supplement that had a much lower dose. 100% is only 2.5 mcg!!!
The only thing I can see you could possibly benefit from (in addition to starting iron) is increasing folate to 2000 mcg. Everything else needs to be reduced posthaste - but do be sure to wean, don't just drop stuff!
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
