DH minerals - avoided Calcium/Magnesium, upped his Sodium & Potassium intake did bsd with cream of tarter 3x a day at lots of bananas drank at least 2 v8s a day. Strict boy diet




DIET
Dietary Changes -IG boy diet lots of red meat, lunch meats high in sodium like salami. Dried fruit with nuts, v8's, lays chips, tomatoes, patatoes, lots of bananas, lots of salt

DH caffeine consumption before BD day - He cut out all caffeine and sodas the week before attempt
DH caffeine 1/2 hour or an hour before BD -drank a glass of coke

Drinks - me and dh drinks gallons of lemon water morning through night. We both drank 2-3 v8's Daily. Dh drank bsd with cream of tartar 3x daily.
