Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

My diet was pretty good before I started my sway but I cut down to 2 cappuccinos a week and none the week of O. I actually only started drinking coffe a couple of years ago, was always a black tea drinker. I just tried to make sure I had a morning snack which I wouldn't have before but I have ALWAYS had breakfast.
2 eggs every day.
I don't eat red meat so mostly chicken and salmon. Always have 2 avocados a week and porridge 5 days a week. Also stopped drinking diet 7up (aspartame) and as atomic advised had pink grapefruit juice with soda water.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

It's crap. Always was but the last couple of months he actually started having the dinners I cooked and cut out Pepsi. No energy drinks!

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

Had to switcn from full fat to semi skimmed milk in porridge and cereal as it made me feel a bit sick, but used in it tea.

Switched to cooking with butter for the most part.

I don't weigh myself but I definitely put on some weight. Not as much as with dd5 though.

I've been lifting weights at home consistantly for 2 years , however I cut out hiit and adding in some yoga and Pilates

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Diet and exercise were pretty consistant, I've tried the full on 100% sway before (twice) and it didn't work so I'm glad I didn't stress about doing EVERYTHING but chose what I could stick with consistently.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Dh wouldn't dtd when necessary and I thought it was too late! Possible infertility due to testosterone replacement therapy. Forgot the robitusson and coconut water

Things worth mentioning:

Dh was taking hcg for a few weeks a month or 2 before bfp.
