Boy sway help!

Okay so I already typed this out but it won’t show up in the news feed. So apologies if you’ve already seen this

I had a DS And DD and my husband got a vasectomy. Well we decided one more. So. Excited! So we want to sway blue. Here’s my plan. Please, any advise would be much appreciated. His reversal is in dec. gonna start diet soon.

Mom diet.

Breakfast is usually cereal, banana, vit D milk.
Oatmeal. Ect I like to have 1 cup of coffee and drink alkaline water

Snacks on protein shakes bananas, crackers and cheese.

Lunch is eggs and sandwiches things like that

Dinners are usually easy like tacos with meat cheese avocado, spaghetti with meat, grilled chicken or steak with chef salad. Or eggs

Hubs diet is similar.

Supps- mom- please let me know if I should not take these all at once.

Probiotic
Folic acid
Prenatal or multivitamin
Vit D

Hubby will take men’s everyday over 50 and Vit D

We plan to have him release every 2-4 days after surgery when he’s up for it. Then plan do withhold from that for 4 days before O and when OPK positive hits we will BD that night. We plan to on the next day (o+1) in the morning and evening as well.
