TTC blue after 3 girls
I was a subscriber on here about 3 years ago and ended up getting pregnant before I had a chance to really try my sway. Here are things I’m changing about my lifestyle for this final pregnancy in hopes to complete my family with a little boy.
I had my husband cut back and running and try to do more lifting. (He was an avid runner when we conceived all our 3 girls)
I’ve been off BC for over 2 years and have been done nursing for a year. (Two of my 3 girls I got pregnant while nursing and my first daughter I got pregnant my first cycle off the pill)
I’m taking fish oil, probiotic, vitamin d and folic acid. I’ve also tried to do a HE diet these last few months with lots of cheese, meat, nuts and switched my creamer to heavy cream.
It’s warm weather right now where I live so I’ve been very active outside and trying to lift more weights.
I would appreciate any advice I can get on DTD and any things I can add or incorporate into my sway. My cycle is VERY regular, I literally just got my period today after exactly 28 days of my cycle. I am 33 years old, I got pregnant with my 3 girls in my 20s.

You are right on target!!
Were you hoping to do timing?
Can your husband have sex several days in a row?

I will do whatever has the best chance….
My husband and I have always had a very healthy sex life, regularly about 2-4 times per week.
However I don’t really know when any of my girls were conceived… I think most were nights where I had been drinking after a wedding or a vacation (so I probably didn’t O) I was nursing when I got pregnant with my second and third so I went years without getting a period.
But now my youngest daughter is 2.5 and I feel like I finally know my body and cycle and given my body a break from 3 pregnancies in 3 years.

I will do whatever has the best results. I know you are against Shettles but all 3 of my girls were somewhat “accidents” because I never tracked my cycle and always just let it happen without doing anything to prevent it.
My husband and I have always had a really healthy sex life. We’ve always had sex regularly around 2-4 times per week. Therefore I never knew exactly when I conceived my 3 daughters… I figured based on my due dates it was usually after a night of drinking while I was nursing so I probably didn’t “O.” (Because I usually orgasam regularly)
I know nothing is a guarantee but I’m really hoping to complete our family with a little boy. I adore my girls but I would love to experience the love and bond that a mother has with her son!

I will do whatever has the highest success rate…
I know frequency matters but my husband and I have always had pretty regular sex. I’d say 2-4 times per week. And we have 3 girls… I usually “O” almost every time, but when we conceived I had been drinking so wasn’t able to climax.
However I’ve never tracked my cycle or really been aware of my body up until now.
My cycle is like clockwork now every 28 days…. And my period starts in the morning (I read that whole thread).

I posted a couple times but not sure it went through…
I’m supposed to be ovulating Sunday. How many times do you recommend BD the week before? And when to avoid.
Debating if we should wait another cycle or not. We had sex yesterday but he usually pulls out.

Oh no these posts had gone into moderation and I never saw them. I have approved the posts and am still wanting to help you if you're still swaying!
Ladies, whenever you don't hear back from me, especially when you've posted and you don't see your reply, just shoot me a private message and let me know the posts are here. I can approve them, but I don't see them unless I click open a post. Since we have a lot of posts I can't keep up with clicking open all of them unless I know there is a new post in the thread. So sorry!!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
