    Any additional supplement info?
Only took what was recommended by RE. 1-2 mos prior to BFP I was taking all of my supplements daily. Month of BFP I slowed down with some of the vitamins to 3-4x per week so as to avoid mega dosing effect. Took musinex 12 hr for about 48 hours right around O. I ate some packets of know gelatin a month before BFP but stopped because it constipated me. Actually started taking one cup of prune juice nightly a little while before bed. I tried baking soda drink one time a month or so (cycle prior) to BFP and couldn’t tolerate it. Stopped that right then and there.
    DIET
Did you follow a diet plan?
    Yes
If yes to diet, which one did you most follow?
    • HE(High Everything)

    Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I started really cleaning up the diet! Only had water, juice and green tea. No soda, no coffee. Was drinking lemon water with stevia but got concerned about the stevia (had additives with it) so would have organic lemonade with real sugar instead. Also had lots of juices, tried V8 fusions (NOT splash), green juices, grapefruit and had a lot of organic coconut water week of O. I had protein with EVERY meal and snack to prevent blood sugar spikes and drops. I stared eating more fruit and veg with every meal and ate until full but didn’t over eat. For instance, instead of just a salad for lunch, I’d have a sandwich with spinach and tomato
on top, carrot sticks and apple slices or grapes on the side, maybe a handful of chips. Dinners were a lot of meat and veg and potato, pasta or rice. Breakfasts were either eggs and avocado and tomato toast or Total brand cereal with mixed with great grains brand cereal including dates and raisins and a handful of walnuts on top. Banana slices and always whole milk. I used a low lactose brand due to my intolerance. Minimal sweets and if I did have them I’d be sure to have some nuts alongside. I added optimal ph drops to my water occasionally for the month or two prior.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
    3 mos
    Did you skip breakfast regularly?
    No
Did DH change his diet with you?
    Yes
    Comments regarding DH's diet-
Cut out soda and had only 1 cup of coffee per day. Lots of water and different juices. Same changes to diet as I did but less strict. He probably lost about 10lb over the three mos from just healthier choices and less junk food.
    DId you consume alcohol?
    • No

DId you try to limit caffeine?
    Yes, I cutback
    Any Diet Details?
Drinks: Alkaline and bottled water. Organic coconut water. All the juices, organic Green tea. Had an occasional matcha latte when combatting a headache or major exhaustion. One cup of prune juice nightly.

Hey guys, anyone who is reading this please check with me about supplements. While most of these are what I recommend, there are a couple I would not have signed off on ideally due to safety concerns, so I'd want to have a convo with anyone before starting them.

    Thanks atomic!

Yes, I agree- tried to add the caution. These were directly from the reproductive endocrinologist. I actually started cutting way back on them on the month of our BFP. I felt like they had a negative effect on CM too. Particularly the L-arginine. I all but stopped the pycnogenol. I also think it’s worth noting that I have one DS. I think there were things that maybe didn’t effect me as much as they may with a couple with only DD, does that make sense? I still tried my darndest and DH luckily was on board to sway, but maybe the supps could have a bigger effect on others.

I completely understand. I feel that the RE's err on the side of giving things that are said to "boost egg quality" at the expense of all else. So people end up taking things that mess up their system (like u say, the arginine and drying up CM) or may even cause harm during pregnancy (the melatonin, Vitamin E) or are relatively unknown as to their safety (pycogenol) and they don't care about any of it because they only "see" egg quality.

I'm trying to give everyone advice for the benefit of their whole pregnancy, which means keeping my ear to the ground and avoiding potential harm, instead of just focusing on "everything ever said to improve egg quality", if that makes sense.

I'm happy you included everything, it's just that I have to issue my irritating disclaimers, LOL.
