PEBMCP6's Girl Sway, ended in miscarriage @ 6wks:(

Ok, here's my sway. I might have forgotten some things, so I'll add to it as I think of them.

No. Months TTC: 2 months

Diet:
Skipped breakfast, I did'nt eat until 1.30pm most days.
I started the LE diet on the 13th February 2012 (which was 12wk+2 til O), and followed it up until my BFP, I had a few slip up's but nothing serious. I started out at 187lbs and was 168lbs when I got my BFP.
At 3DPO I relaxed a bit as I went to France for 5 days, I did stay vegetarian but I snacked quite a bit.

Exercise: None other than running after my very busy boys.

Potions and Pills for me:
Vitex: 400mg morning and night AF-O
Saw palmetto: 320mg daily from AF-O
Low dose Aspirin: 4 times a week
Folic Acid: 400mg twice daily
Chitosan: before most meals (when I remembered)
Probiotic: daily

Potions and Pills for DH:
My DH was very good at taking his pills, (bless him)
Calcium: 1200mg daily
Magnesium: 250mg daily
Cranberry: 500mg 3 times a day
probiotic: daily


Timing:
We did frequent release. We started releasing on CD4, and we got it so hard to release every day due to DH pills!!!! We DTD every day and if we could'nt manage that it was every 36/48 hours at most. This cycle was the weirdest cycle (which I hope is a good sign) I was using digital OPK's and got a positive on CD11, then negatives, I continued (Thank God) taking the OPK's and got more positive's on CD15, 16 and 17.
We managed to DTD on O-3 O-1 and O.

Things in the VG:
I used a full Rephresh every 3 days, but the day before O I only used a fingertip.

PH:
I didn't test my PH. . I did drink diet zero and took aspartame in my yogurt and coffee..

Ions:
I bought a salt lava lamp.
I wore a rose quartz bracelet, then I got fed up wearing it but I hung it on my headboard.
Used lavender soaps and body creams.

Anything Else:
I put a pink outfit under my matteress.
I did a lot of praying as well as swaying!!!
I didn't do Jump and Dump
I had very strong O pain this cycle...

So this is what i can remember, I do hope it works but I know it is not a cert, but at least I know we did all we could with the information we had.

God Luck on your girl!!!!!!! What a lucky girl to be surrounded by all those brothers. I was the only girl and it was awesome because I didn't have to share a room, bathroom, hair products, make up, toys, nothing...princess. LOL
