Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

it was a big change for me not to snack and to eat so little fat, I am naturally a very slim person and need to eat every 3-4 hours + make sure to get lots of healty fats like olive oil, nuts etc. I took these out completely from my diet

I am not sure if we BD on O day or one day before O day, never got a positive OPK, BD on Tuesday evening, on Wednesday I went to my gyn to check follicle and she could see that the egg had already released so probably we BD 6-12 hours before O

DH had to take zink, vitamin C and folic acid due to very low mottility (only 4%) and it obvisouly helped bevaused this was the only month he had taken them

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Diet and to get pregnant on Clomid. I also did the couch potatoe for 5 month, which was very hard for me, I usually do a lot of power yoga..

The fact that we did BD very close to O day and that my husband took zinc
