Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Because our meals are majority Indian, I chose to control the portions rather than change what I eat coz that would've been stressful and impossible.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

We've both been vegetarians and he's always had 3 proper meals with no snacking so no changes

I've always been a vegetarian but a huge breakfast lover and a grazer so those 2 things I believe have always worked against me.

With TTC though, I completely changed my eating patterns but food remained the same more or less. Portions were a lot smaller & ate 2 meals with 1 small snack

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I hardly ever weighed myself but believe I was around 135 with a BMI of 23.9

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

Since starting the LE diet, I've managed to lose 20 pounds - I worked out 5/6 days a week for an hour - the workout usually consisted of speed walking/jogging which was intense for me.

My current weight during the conception month was 112 at 20.5 BMI

I did drink tons of Pep tea on and off just coz I loved sipping on it.

I had started taking baby aspirin in May because my doc recommanded it due to having Preeclemsia with my son

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?

nope. I always o'd around full moon and was nervous about it at first but then decided to not even pay attention to it.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

- Had a miscarriage the previous cycle sadly.
- complete change of diet + exercise
-Lost 20+ pounds and was my lowest adult weight.
-the whole process was very relaxing and just nice..

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

nothing yet everything..lol. I feel like I did give it my all and did what I thought would work for me. Hopefully it will give me my girl; if not, I'll love that li'l boy just as much if not more

Things worth mentioning:

Hubby took LR & OLE for a few months. but towards the end, he started slacking and only took it when he remembered.

UPDATE: We had miscarried this cycle (May) and got Pregnant right away in the following cycle. For the 2 weeks pre O, I was not so good with my diet although I did keep snacking away and only 3 meals a day. I did eat a bit more than I did for the few months on diet..but I don't think that made me gain any weight.

My OPKS were all over the place so we decided to DTD every 4 days. We did CD11, 15 & 19. I'm not sure when I ovulated but It looks like on the 19th since I was getting major O pains.

2WW diet remained the same as Pre O diet. I did not eat more or less except on a couple of occasions.

Oops - I meant to enter 2 days before O option but chose O day only for BD date.

Also, in the comment section about what makes me feel great, I said I had to skip May, what I meant was, I had to skip April. lol..sorry

thank you everyone Me super excited. Well, I had an issue with pregnancy years ago and also, with my pregnancy with my son, I had developed a lot of issues healthwise so she thought it would help - she had me take baby aspirin and alos Folgard - which is the highest dose folic acid with b6 and b12.
