Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
cut red meat and no factory farmed meat orvdairy. Only local, organic or wild caught fish if meat was eaten

No. He had no idea I was swaying!
Comments regarding DH's diet-
No changes but he ate what I ate for dinner.
DId you consume alcohol?
Yes. I actually did often on O night and did on my of night when I conceived


DId you try to limit caffeine?
no,mbut I only drink coffee once in the morning and not every day anyway
Any Diet Details?
I still went on eating high amount of good fats like plant fats such as avocado, coconut oil, also eggs and eat mostly organic and low processed foods. I did not take vitamins except folate but tried to have a balanced diet. Only ate meat like chicken breast or fish once or twice per week but never within a week of Ovulation.

DW Supplements
folate
Antihistamine-Zyrtec every day. Plus benadryl at night 2 hours prior to BD attempts I also have severe summer allergies to grass which caused excessive mucus and cm if indeed don't take them.


DH Supplements
-allergy meds when he remembered but he was clueless to swaying...he just has summer allergies, as well.
Any additional supplement info?

Did you do anything with Ions
I have had a salt lamp by my bed for years now so that is always on before bed, also had been outside a lot and it had been very windy. I always took hot showers/baths nightly.

Baby girl outfit and wooden spoon under mattress. Had pink piggy bank and a little box of girl things I'd collected next to my bed

Things that make me feel great about my sway
I put my all into every aspect of it. My workout, my diet, my positive thoughts and prayers. I envisioned often.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I wanted a healthy egg, so I still ate healthfully and stayed high fat, mainly plant fats, though...but I wanted a healthy baby and didn't want to ever touch aspartame as I think it's poison.so I ate my sugary things when I wanted but not too much.
