LE(Low Everything) Mostly vegetarian with a lot of vegan meals to cut down on my dairy intake. I am a cheese fiend.

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Skipped breakfast and stopped snacking completely only ate 2 normal and 1 small meal per day averaging 1500-1700 calories. I went over on fat (not my much usually about 50-60g per day total) but I kept my protein low in the 35-45 range

about 10 weeks with a holiday in the middle and another on the 2WW

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I lost about 8 lb during the diet and I am at my lowest conception weight. (not bad considering there were 2 foreign holidays and a wedding in that time)

I stopped exercising while on the diet as i didn't have the time to give 1hr a day 6 days per week

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I tried to recreate the conditions like when my DD was concieved. And I think I did this pretty well. We abstained before our attempt and got pregnant 1st time ( Just like DD)
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I wish I could have made the time for exercise and I didn't J&D (both of which I did with DD)
