Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Strict veggie for first 6 months but added one portion of fish and small bit of chicken after I lost too much weight and stopped ovulating. Skipped breakfast..... lunch at 12....... small dinner with lots of veg..... never drank hot drinks before.... started drinking lots of coffee for the past 11 months..... got plan just month of BFP so didn't get to do fiber. Low calorie intake. Had cheat treat square of cchocolate after dinner.....

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He hasn't eaten red meat in 11 months. Other than that no dieting.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

Being 6 ft and very long and lean I had never dieted before I looked v unhealthy after the 11 months on diet..... enjoying eating lots of meat and healthy snacks now..... I missed cereal for 11 months...

I had a bmi of 19.4.... 65kg

My lowest weight ever .....probably since I was 14......I was 73kg on other boys bmi 21.8..... I ran 6 days a week for 7 months until I had a miscarriage and couldn't maintain this frequency any longer so I ran 4 days instead until BFP.

Planned to DTD every 4 days but one didn't work out that way...... probably DTD 5 days before attempt day....husband cycled 35km just before attempt and had a hot shower...... I ran 8km and hot shower before DTD.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I lost so much weight..... lowest adult weight...... because I was on diet so long I maintained weight but did not loose any more since chemical miscarriage in Feb....I did fertility acupuncture before all the boys but nothing this time...... very little cm compared to boys..... one attempt before ovulation day......

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

There is the exactly the same number of months between all my boys 25 months. This little bean is following suit I find it freaky that I seem to be only able to conceive a healthy baby that stays with us, with this age gap despite my my best efforts I hope the gender pattern changes as I really could not do any more........ I had just received plan but did not get a chance to add fiber..... I personally did not feel comfortable using any other supplements......... fingers crossed I get past 🔟 weeks as that is my marker having had 4 miscarriages and 10 weeks was the latest one..... hoping to welcome a healthy and happy baby to our family boy or girl ......
