Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

As a former anorexic, I did not count calories or nutrients. I did, however, go 95-99% vegan, delayed breakfast almost every day, and tended toward low-nutrient options.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

117-120 lbs. BMI just over 20. Stayed the same throughout. Had lost about 20 lbs by nursing during the year and a half prior.

Zero exercise - couch potato.

Not really. Unless lavender is an ion thing? I used a lot of lavender stuff - hand soap, body wash, body lotion, etc.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?

Not to my knowledge! Although our attempt was RIGHT after a new moon. (My son was conceived right around a full moon.)

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Good length of time on vegan diet (both me and DH). Took supplements by-the-book and no additional vitamins. Lower weight at this conception than when I conceived my son. Also when I conceived my son, I was avoiding caffeine and alcohol - this time I had plenty of both.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Did not count calories or nutrients. Did not strictly follow an LE diet...focused on veganism (naturally somewhat LE) + delaying breakfast. Did not try to decrease EWCM in any way. DH did not FR *or* abstain. Did not J&D.

Things worth mentioning:

Was on Wellbutrin at conception - hadn't been with my son.
Was sick (mild cold) the week before conception.

Thank you! It's so early that I'm still quite nervous. Plus I'm flying next week - two flights, four days apart, at 5.5-6 weeks pregnant. I know nothing is proven about that being a risk, but I'm very worried I'll miscarry.

Atomic, I don't know how to move this to the "gender results confirmed" thread, but I wanted to update to say that both Harmony (at 10 weeks) and ultrasound (at 19 weeks) show it's a GIRL! Sway successful!!
