    Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
    Changed from eating a lot all day to eating mostly twice a day (12&5/6pm)
    Vegetarian (a few chicken cheats but factored into limits & 1 small amount of salmon on boxing day )
    I would sometimes have some sweets or a low fat yogurt at 8pm with some wine but that wasn't every night
    Admittedly over Xmas it was a bit difficult but I still never ate breakfast or snacked but ate a little more fatty foods (brie and puddings etc)

    12 weeks exactly
    Did you skip breakfast regularly?
    Yes
    Did DH change his diet with you?
    Yes
    Comments regarding DH's diet-
    Changed a little
    Ate less meat as we didn't have it in the house other than chicken
    He also drank beer every night and a few ciggerettes a week
    DId you consume alcohol?
    • Often- daily


    DId you try to limit caffeine?
    No, I did not factor that into my sway
    Any Diet Details?
    As mentioned ate twice a day
    Wine every night (1-2glasses but definitely more of a weekend!)
    I also used Cinnamon every morning in my coffee . Drank 3-4 cups coffee a day with aspartame sweetener instead of sugar.
    I was always very hungry by the time eating time came round!

    What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
    I lost 9ibs in 9 weeks then held steady for the remaining 3 weeks bmi was 19 from 21
    Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
    Cardio 5-6 days a week usually either runnings walking or indoor stationary bike for 60mins
    I only managed exercise 4 days a week during Xmas and new year due to events and a tummy bug

    Coincidentally my POS opk came on the night of our e4d attempt that was the one that resulted in bfp (confirmed at scan as I didn't O until cd21!)

    DH had a pint of vanilla or chocolate soy milk every day for 12 weeks

    Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
    Baby girls outfit under our bed the whole 12 weeks - we bought this in Disney land with our boys last year hoping it brings some luck!
    Things that make me feel great about my sway:
    Exercised the whole 12 weeks with only a few days off
    Changed to eating twice a day with none of my normal salmon avocados etc
    Took fiber with every meal and never forgot supplements

    Things that make me nervous about my sway:
    I fell far too quickly !
    I still ate some fatty foods at the weekend like pizza and some takeouts but I was always within limits during the week so hoping this will even out
    Also was still very obsessive about my sway I wish I could have relaxed more but I wanted to do all my research and get it right
    Things worth mentioning:
    As stated I did go over my fat limits on Saturdays but in the week was always below 40g and calories during the week less than 1500.
    Hope I have done enough!
