Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I used to eat a lot of vitamin fortified foods- cereal, vitamin water, meal replacement shakes, etc. I also used to drink gallons of tea. I stopped all the vitamin fortified food, and switched to full caffeine coffee, 2-4 cups a day.

I never missed breakfast when we were TTC my boys, and usually snacked throughout the day.

My diet slipped the month I conceived. I was eating 4 times a day some days, more meat, and some days going over 1900 calories.

I lost around 35 lbs in the year prior to conception, but weight loss had slowed by the time I conceived.

I had been exercising in earlier cycles, but stopped the cycle I conceived.

I used a small amount of a non-sperm friendly lubricant. Jump and dump after about 5 minutes. Antihistamine wasn't an intentional sway tactic, just allergies.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

My lifestyle was definitely different than when I conceived my boys. I stopped snacking, I wasn't taking a bunch of different vitamins and supplements for fertility, I wasn't doing SMEP and tracking every detail related to TTC on a color coded spreadsheet.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

My diet wasn't very good the month I conceived, I wasn't exercising, and weight loss had slowed. I still feel like it happened "too fast", and I'm worried that overall fertility could sway blue. Of the 6 cycles we were TTC, we were doing a lot that can prevent conception for the first cycle or two, and didn't get a well timed attempt in at all for two, so it feels a bit like we conceived on the second cycle of "really" trying. I was a little more focused on TTC and swaying the month I conceived than I had been. Part of me just doesn't think I "can make a girl" with my history, even though I know better.
