Licorice root&olive leaf

Hello, i would like to ask what is better supplement for husband while ttc girl. Is it licorice root with cranberry or olive leaf🙄?Dh is 38, not drinking alcool, smoking every day normal cigarettes, electronic and also weed😬He is sportive and our first son we conceived the first month of trying. Thx u for advice🙏😀

Since your husband smokes he should skip LR.

I'd do OLE instead of cranberry.
