Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Generally stuck to limits but more loosely over the Christmas holidays. More calories from carbs rather than fat and protein, although I had stopped tracking on MFP over the last couple of months. Cheated with a pizza most weekends but tried to allow for this with other meals!

Comments regarding DH's diet-

Is a low meat eater anyway but ate the meals I cooked. Fats changed from mainly olive oil to low cal oil sprays and margarine.

No, I did not factor that into my sway

Any Diet Details?

I am not a coffee drinker but added this in to my sway and had at least one cup daily. Also af least one Coke Zero per day.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

Lost a few lbs in the weeks up until O, although didnt get weighed regularly. BMI 24

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

Exercised at least 4 times a week for over 6 months. This was mainly high intensity cardio/dance and occasionally a cross trainer. Most weeks this was 5/6 although it definitely tailed off over Christmas and during a couple of spells of illness.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Diet was flipped to be calories from carbs rather than fat/protein which is very different from regular diet. Exercise was a much bigger but part of my life than when I conceived my son and having one attempt at a new moon.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

That I fell pregnant so quickly. I think this was more likely to be our first real attempt (technically the second month) but I'm pretty sure we missed the egg the first month. So fertility was not really reduced as my DS was conceived the first month too!

Things worth mentioning:

I'm fairly happy with our attempt but feel I could have been much stricter. So many people have added in lots of other factors I could have done much more. Fingers crossed for diet, one attempt, fibre, exercise and coffee!
