Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I limited my salt intake and ate more dairy. I was already only eating 2 meals a day and skipped breakfast, just tweaked what I ate.

Comments regarding DH's diet-
He didn't change his diet but he only gets to eat a couple of meals a day due to his crazy work schedule.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

I ate a lot of empty calories and yoghurt, took me a few days to get used to what I could eat but it became easy for me quite quickly.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
1-2 attempts, diet was very different to when I fell pregnant with my boys, timing of DTD
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Was not doing the diet long enough even though I was already cutting out breakfast made me nervous. I have twin boys and was scared I would end up with twins again (confirmed only 1 lol)
Things worth mentioning:
I also made a vision board and put it in my bathroom, I'm all about manifesting and positivity ��

Hi atomic, thank you, I don't mind if it's left up . I had my procedure yesterday and all went well and I'm in a better mind set today and thinking positive towards the future. I am looking forward to trying again and already planning my sway.
