BFP! Girl sway! Praying for pink!

TTC: 1 month
Age:27
DH age:25
Children: DS1
Diet: le diet
Length on diet: 10-12 weeks
Diet info: cut out meat completely for last 7 weeks, never ate red meat prior but allot of chicken, tuna and eggs. Mainly ate medium fat cheese sandwiches, pastas, rivittas, occasional treats of pizza (2 slices) chips etc but allways kept to the recommended amounts stated on le diet . Didnt eat potatoes, bannanas or rich nutrient food. Was tired often as my diet was so unhealthy compared to vegetable and salad infused diet before . Didnt eat breakfast fpr 12 weeks, drank ALLOT of coke zero! Had few sweets in evening to boost daily calories needed. Had a glass of wine ever night for about 6 weeks which i never did before!
Limited snacking which i found the hardest thing to do! Very high carb diet i ate!
Breakfast: no
DH diet: didnt follow diet, he is an athlete so would be a high protein diet, lots of protein. Gyms and trains every day along with taking muscle rebuild and protein supplements
Coffee: drank strong cup daily for week leading up to ovulation
Exercise: would gym 5 days a week leading up to a month before conception then i stopped because i couldnt keep it up and i mainly did weights.
weight loss: dont know mumbers but i have lost allpt of muscle from not gyming and lost weight. Was average size but people have commented at weight loss
Supplements:
DW: folic acid, clomid 50mg, occasional asprin, fibre supplement
DH:liq root, cranberry, calcium , olive leaf extract, on and off for about 5 weeks and stopped 2 weeks before ovulation
Cm ph: 4.5-5.5
DH ph: unknown
Douche: no douche before bd but used 3ml lime douch morning after
Timing:
4 or 5d before ovulation
1 or 2 d before ovulation
Frequency: released once before fertile window but not through bd. I either ovulated cd15 or cd16 due to confusing opk, and dtd cd11 and cd 14. Was first and only round of clomid . Cm was very dry.
Position: me on top but shallow release,
Jump and dump: yes straight after
Ions: flowers by be, lavender by bed, air purifier and ionizer in house? Negative ion bracelts worn everyday for 8 weeks. Lavender detergent, lavender soap, lavender cleaning products, lavender moisturiser . Salt lamp next to bed. House surrounded by trees, often go for walks.
Things make feel good about sway
: clomid, ions, one attempt , diet for 12 weeks, dh supplements
Things make me feel nervous:
Dh high protein diet and shakes
Pregnant first go
Did cheat sometimes on diet and lost muscle which males me tummy look more flabby making me think i gained weight.
Having no nausea just very tired and bad skin which is beru different to my boy where i glowed but had terrible nausea.
Praying to god that i am blessed with my dd.

Congrats on the BFP at the first go! So exciting! Great job with all the carbs, it's not as fun as it sounds, right?! Did you drink the Coke Zero with your DS or was it part of your sway?

Yeah i did with ds1 but drank allot more with this swsy due to aspartame snd trying to curb u

I hardly ate any carbs with dS , was all protein and healthy foods, founf it so hard to just eat empty calories
