Same as me
DId you consume alcohol?
Often- daily - two vodka and Pepsi max each day.


DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
Husband drinks soy milk.
No meat or dairy for either of us.


Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I didn't do any exercise. .

Any VG potions used?
Finger of rephresh two days before attempt.

How many BD attempts did you make for the BFP cycle?
One after a ten day abstain.
BD Dates according to ovulation.
Did our attempt Day of strong positive OV test.


BD Position
The Licorice root effected husband ability to "perform" so he released into a cup and I inserted myself.
Did you Jump and Dump?
Yes after 5 minutes.


Any relevant attempt details?
Dh had a hot shower before attempt.

I believe the ten day abstain and one attempt plus Licorice root were the biggest changes in our attempt this time and really believe they helped.

Congratulations! I’m vegan too (and so is my hubby) and this is the first successful vegan girl sway I’ve seen. I got AF today and we’re TTC this month, so it’s so great to see this. Thank you.

I’ve bought LR for hubby but debated whether to give him any, but I think I’ll avoid it following your experience. I have Clomid, but only one month’s worth so I don’t want to mess up this attempt.

What did you change in your diet for your sway?

Wow congratulations!! I didn’t realise vegan sways were few and far between. That makes me very nervous!! I am vegan and hoping to have a successful girl sway. So happy it works for you :-)

Do you mind me asking how you inserted the semen from the cup into yourself? Sorry for the question - I just had no idea this was even a possibility to get pregnant this way.

I have the directions here Pink. It's much lower chances of conceiving than natural intercourse and I can't really recommend it for anyone except those who need to do things this way for some reason (such as lesbian couples, those using sperm donors, or people whose hubbies have medical situations that require it.
