Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Went completely Vegetarian. Skipped breakfast everyday, kept to protein, fat and calorie recommendations (except on the odd occasion like birthdays etc). Ate plenty of Pita pockets, cruskits, white rice, potatoes, pumpkin, white bread, crumpets, vegetables and enjoyed a couple of lollies each day to keep me sane. I found the LE diet surprising easy once I got the hang of it. Oh I also ate 3 meals per day as my body couldn't hack 2 with the exercise. I'd eat at 11am, 3.30pm, 7.30pm

Hubby was happy to help out as much as he could but I didn't want to make his life miserable. He did however stop eating red meat completely.

I lost a total of 8.3kg and was my lightest conception weight, I was 10 kg heavier when I conceived my daughter and 16kg heavier when I conceived my son.

Unsure of exact day of ovulation, I'm taking a stab in saying it was 3 days before O. We made our attempt the day before our positive OPK and am relying on CM, ovulation pain and my 4, 5, 6 and 8 week scans for conception dates.

I would have loved to use J&D but had been on the diet long enough. Our first month of trying DH felt the pressure from 1 attempt and we missed our window.
Christmas was then fast approaching and thought it was best to drop the J&D to give us the best chance of conceiving while still having a good shot at pink in fear of ruining my diet over the Christmas and holiday period.

My diet and exercise! I think I gave it my best!

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Nothing in particular but i'm sure every swayer thinks about all the things they 'could' have done to better their sway.

Things worth mentioning:

This pregnancy started off rocky. I bleed throughout the first 8.5 weeks. After a couple of miscarriages I was reluctant to post my sway but this wee poppet is hanging in there and I've decided it's best to stay positive and posting my sway is me being exactly that Hopefully I'll have prenatal bloods next week so will update you all when I get the results. Thank you to Atomic and this amazing site. I only posted once (i didn't feel the need as there is sooo much info!) but was lurking for over a year and am grateful for all this site offers successful sway or not

Percept NIPT came back, all low risk and our sweet baby is a girl. We are over the moon. Thank you again (from the bottom of our hearts) to Atomic and all the helpful ladies on this site, your guidance and knowledge is second to none. I truly hope all the lovely ladies on these forums go on to get their desired gender
