Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Went vegetarian 6 months prior to attempt. Was on the diet 4 months prior. Stuck to the higher end of limits on atomics advice because i metabolise fast and also because of exercise. Did not track calories, but i think i stayed whitin limits. Stuck to three meals per day.

Lost weight: from 66kg to 60kg. Exercise 6 days per week. Stopped power yoga and switched to walking, running and cycling.

We were staying with large family in a small holiday home, not easy for BD (-;. Ended op with a standing up attempt with a bath right after. This was the day before positive OPK, so left it at that attempt.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Diet, exersize, clomid and one attempt. Thanks for all the advice!

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Conceiving the first time. I did not add coffee because i hate the taste...

Things worth mentioning:

We already had a first good ultrasound at 7 weeks. Will update when i know the gender! Vingers crossed. Glad I found this site!

Huge congrats on your new little man! I'm sorry to hear the sway didn't go as we hoped - you did everything you could! Wishing you the best for a happy healthy pregnancy and with your new addition.

The GD is less than with my second boy. Thanks for all your help! Might be back, but first see how our family turns out. I'll be older, that might help to bring our fertility down (-;. All the best on your wonderful work!

Better than at 39! They aren't great odds to be honest, but you'd have to have your individual pretesting done to know. Some people can manage it, others it's a money pit that ends with a lot of heartbreak.

If HT is ever an option, do it ASAP. Don't waste any time (you'll have to wait till baby is 6 months, I believe) What we don't want to do is pursue this knowing, for example, that you're not going to be able to afford it till you're 40 or whatever. 38 is really the last age where I've seen enough people have some measure of success to even remotely recommend it.

Would you ever consider donor eggs? Your chances of success would be better with them.
