I was on the diet about 12/13 weeks ( I did have 5days off after ovulation and ate everything in sight)

Any Diet Details?

I completely cut out tea and I used to drink 10+ cups a day, I have never drank coffee and I drank caffeine free Diet Coke and Evian water only.

I went vegetarian apart from eggs.

I ate two meals a day usually first meal 11.30am - strawberries with Greek style yogurt, pita bread with Parmesan cheese and peeled cucumber.

Dinner around 5-6- either plain pasta with Parmesan cheese and runner beans or scrambled egg on toast

I ate kallo rice cakes if I was starving in between

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Was on the diet for quite a while, and I was the smallest I had been for a while, went completely vegetarian apart from eggs which is completely different to my normal diet -I usually eat mince minimum 3times a week, conceived 3days before ovulation, hubby was very ill the days of our attempts

I Used a full applicator of Rephresh on CD11, got a promotion the week of ovulation so I was quite nervous/stressed
