Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Vegetarian because I don't like meat anyway. Lost 5 lbs between Aug 2017 - Jan 2018 (post partum). Tried various diets to lose 5 more lbs but weight did not change since Jan 2018 (baby conceived July 18). Probably a lowish nutrient diet but not on purpose, high sodium though + iron supplement.

Breakfast was generally a low.sugar snack.

I did decently on exercise -- half hour walk to work, half hour walk back to work, plus jogging 2 miles about 3 times a week. Not ideal, but definitely something.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

1 attempt. J&D. Vegetarian (me). Some exercise. Me having a "Mary" personality (I'm the dead opposite of a perfectionist!)

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

No Clomid this time. No weight loss/diet. High sodium diet.
