I really cut back on Sodium.. I used to snack on cheese and ham all day when I was younger and conceiving my boys

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

I was really good at skipping breakfast, but not so great with snacks, I did have them regularly. But overall quantity was minimal.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

18.5 BMI

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I was doing Aquaerobics 4 times a week and walking the other 3 days. Big change as I am a weight/strength type of person.

I had a bit of confusions of O date. Dr said based on follicle sizes I was Oing on a Wednesday, the day I actually had some EWCM.. But OPK came up positive until Thursday. I DTD on Monday,

We also DTD on Sunday but that was probably too late.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Femara, 1 attempt, change in diet, and just feeling so good and relaxed about everything.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

The fact the I have 3 boys

Things worth mentioning:

I can't believe this was the successful cycle.. I wasn't conceiving with Rephresh, Vitex and SP.. I swapped those three for Femara, tad of Sylk and J&D. We also dropped FR.
Ive never done J&D when TTC before so I really thought no swimmers would get to their goal! And worse, being 2-3 days from Ov date. (That wasn't the plan but it was the only day we could DTD)

So It was either 2 days before O or 4 days before O.
So I selected the option of 3 days before O.

We also DTD on Sunday but that was probably too late.

Atomic, I have no words for you... You truly made my dream come true. And all of the other helpful ladies (pbn, among others) thanks for being so supportive.

Already friends are asking what my secret was... of course I am referring them to genderdreaming!!! DS 2 and DS 3 were shettles opposites. And Im so, so glad they were opposites because truly GOD knows what I really needed and was written in the plan for me.
I love a family of older boys to protect the baby girl. Or at least the cliche of it
