Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Skipped breakfast everyday, ate around 1130/noon- usually 2 pieces if toast with raspberry jam and chocolate milk OR yogurt with raspberries, equal, and chocolate milk OR milk with slim fast powder mixed. Then no snacking and a small meal for dinner. Usually had chewable fiber after dinner. Drank CL all day and coffee with a lil creamer and equal in the mornings.

We tried hurry up FR bc my O is unpredictable. Was going for 7 day abstain but instead dh released and then we attempted 2 hrs later.

I had just got off bcp end of June but didn't conceive in July. I wanted the benefit of bcp so I took it for 8 days beginning in August. The bcp packet says after 7 days you can have unprotected sex so I figured why not?!

Did you do anything with Ions?

Lots if storms and rain week of o and day of O, walked in rain, fans on, lavender diffuser, ionic blow dryer, and painted nails several times

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Weight loss, low calories around o and strong diet, hurry up FR, hot shower together beforehand, cm was still thick/chunky from rephresh used 2 days before, bcp

Not getting to do the 7 day abstain, no j & d, no sylk or rephresh before/during

Just wanted update that I miscarried this pregnancy at 7.4 weeks but got pregnant the next O. So I posted another sway for this current healthy pregnancy
