Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Because I was nursing and have issues with blood sugar, I couldn’t skip breakfast or eat a vegetarian diet because I was always so hungry so I ate more protein than I would have liked and “healthier” than I would have liked

I had been taking prenatal vitamins but switched to just folic acid about 30 days prior to ttc. DH took olive leaf extract for under 30 days (we conceived faster than I thought)

Did you do anything with Ions?

Lavender oil humidifier, wearing rose quartz and a few other crystals during ttc (and all the time), salt lamp in our living room but not always on

Full Moon

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?

No and lunar date would have fallen at end of full moon or first day of third quarter depending on actual O day (could have been either)

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

That we did one attempt a couple of days prior to O with j&d

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Not really on LE diet due to nursing and blood sugar issues. Also, i didn’t exercise for longer than 5 weeks. DH only on OLE for under 30 days and I only switched to folic acid for about a month. Also, I had been doing acupuncture which I now know would only sway blue due to balancing hormones and helping with fertility

Things worth mentioning:

My gut says it’s a boy!! 12 week ultrasound shows angled nub but I measured and it appears to be within 30 degrees so hopefully inconclusive. I pray it’s a girl.
