Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Completely changed my eating habits- always followed the no snacking and tried to have at least 12hrs fast overnight. Stayed within fat/protein limits with a couple cheats.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

12 weeks on strict le, although I started making smaller changes a month earlier than that (no snacks, skipping breakfast, decreasing meat and black tea).

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

When I conceived my boys I drank a ton of black tea, and some green tea and herbal teas too. I only rarely drank coffee. For my sway I dropped my black tea and drank 2-3 cups of coffee a day, which was a huge change for me! I still allowed myself to have iced tea a couple times a week, with meals in moderation.
I also stopped using olive oil and butter and instead used margarine and canola oil for all my cooking.

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

My daily calories were usually in the 1800-2000 range, but I was also exercising a ton. I had to have 3 meals a day- lunch, dinner, and bedtime snack.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I did the 60 minutes of cardio 6-7 days a week and dropped weights. Usually did brisk walking but also mixed it up with some elliptical on low resistance. I did the exercise faithfully and even started the cardio a month early, so I had a solid 16 weeks with exercise and went up until BFP. Very challenging!
