I really love sweet potatoes for LE. They're filling in a way that bread/rice sometimes isn't.

Don't take it to extremes with the onion/garlic. Just, if you can avoid them, avoid them, but don't sweat it if you can't. Like, don't be skipping foods you normally like because it has dehydrated garlic or something.

Cinnamon is only for people who have quite a lot of weight to spare. Like more than 30 or even 50 lbs. I don't recommend anything beyond dietary amounts for most people.

Peppermint tea has not worked and has really messed up cycles (and even seemed to cut odds of conception.) Dietary amoutns like 1 cup 2-3 days a week are fine, I'd not do more than that.
