Bobster TTC a GIRL Sway Attempt
TTC a Girl Sway AttemptGender Result:GirlDW Age:33DH Age:34Current Children's Gender(s)BoyNumber of Months TTC
Boy1Did you purchase and follow a GD Personalized Plan?NoDIET
Did you follow a diet plan?NoIf yes to diet, which one did you most follow?- No diet plan
Comments regarding DW's diet changes-Reduced meat consumption considerably, often choosing veggie options or omitting the meat in family dinners. This was partly due to wanting to adapt into a less protein rich lifestyle ready to start swaying in the future. I did snack often though on chocolate and was drinking wine on an evening often. I was also eating lots of nutritious foods like advocados, dried apricots, spinach and whole grains regularly. I was taking iron supplements with amino acid and zinc vits daily. If diet was used, length of time before attempt? Not using a diet as pregnancy was unplannedDid you skip breakfast regularly?YesDid DH change his diet with you?NoComments regarding DH's diet-Drinks alcohol regularly, ate a lot of convenience. Less healthy than my diet and more meat than meDId you consume alcohol?- Often- daily
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularlyAny Diet Details?Drink about 3-4 coffees daily.Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
No breakfast until about 10am
Lunch varied but usually small healthy meal
Tea was either meaty or veggie, usually small amount of meat consumed on meat days as just began to enjoy veggie food more (and still do!)Reducing meat was a real change from my normal diet. I’d began to eat less meat a long time ago after having ds2 and knowing that one day I would plan to sway again. My aim was to make it a lifestyle choice so that swaying wouldn’t be a stressful. It has stuck as I still eat way more veggie food now than I ever did before. I also had wholegain cereal with almond milk a lot. I would sometimes go long stretches without eating (on work days) but other days I would snack from the fridge on chocolate (home days). The night we conceived I had a huge lamb curry as we had a rare night out. This worried me as had a lot of meat that night but it was a one off.WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?Weight was average for me, about 60kg. With ds2 sway opposite I was the lowest at 57kg. Don’t exercise apart from walking a few days a week to work and back.Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?-THINGS in VG and CONCEPTION DATE(CD) INFO
pH Before Starting a Sway Program, if knownNo ideaAny VG potions used?- NO
CM pH at attempt-DH pH-How many BD attempts did you make for the BFP cycle?1BD Dates according to Ovulation- 1 Day Before O
Any additional comments?Had sex 15th feb and ovulation happened on the 16th. Only had sex once all cycle.THE DEED INFO
DH Info about Swimmers- Abstained
BD PositionMultipleDid you Jump and Dump?- No
Any relevant attempt details?Had an orgasm and really enjoyed the sex. Was mainly me on top.SUPPLEMENTS USED
DW Supplements- Vitex
DH Supplements-Any additional supplement info? Was using Vitex for hormone balance and not for any other reason. It makes my cycles regular and helps my moods. Was also on amino acid and some multivits and iron. Had planned to wean off these for swaying.Did you do anything with Ions?No but I did sleep with a rose quartz rock every night - thought it wouldn’t hurt to tryMoon Phase during conception?-Did you use any Old Wives Tales?Just the rose quartz. I daren’t buy a girls outfit in case I never got to use it. I planned to buy a rock salt lamp but never got round to it.Things that make me feel great about my sway:I didn’t feel good about anything at the time but looking back I had changed a few things in my lifestyle, mainly diet, I was stressed at the time concentrating on work stuff and because I hadn’t planned to ge to regnant I wasn’t obsessing about it. I also only had 1 attempt which was different to my boys.Things that make me nervous about my sway:The multivitamins and iron. The healthy foods and meat on the night of conception.Things worth mentioning:I believe the lack of stressing and obsessing and 1 attempt was the key to getting a girl. I also advise anyone who’s reading this to try to make LE part of their lifestyle. I didn’t count calories or fat or protein but it had definitely reduced just by adopting a more veggie diet. I think had I started to sway when I planned to it would have been easier to transition into the diet as I’d already gradually got used to some of the principles (no breakfast, less meat) and therefore been less stressful and obsessive.

2 weeks before. Keep in mind that many people think they actually sway blue and WANT to be on them for their sway. OPK are fallible. We use them because it's the best technology we have, but...
