Those evap lines can be so tricky to tell! Maybe try another one tomorrow morning and look at it soon after within 10 minutes of doing it.
I ate garlic cheese bread tonight for supper and stayed within my limits today. After I ate it I was hoping that food is ok! Atomic has me on whole grains and that was white bread.

Yay for FRERs coming! To do the inversion I just searched for a photo inversion app and downloaded the first free one I found. I find it way easier to see if there’s color on the line or not when the colors are inverted instead of just the faint light pink!
I just finished my daily walk/jog! got to run by the grocery store quick then home to shower and make dinner. Hopefully I will FINALLY come back and post my meals for the day - time slips away from me every night, it seems! Lol!

Great work hot like Mexico! I am on my daily walk right now . Yes supper was sooo good! I have been having more natural peanut butter lately (while staying within my limits!) and it only has 1g of sugar so I’ve been enjoying that this week on whole grain toast.

Awwwww thank you so much for your hard work!! You ladies are doing so great with the workouts! I’m going to try once I can get my protein count a bit lower. I always seem to be under in calories and over in fat and protein but it’s a work in progress!! I feel like my last sway came so much easier, but with everyone home and baby it’s a lot more work and stress.
Keep up the great work!!

What are you doing for exercise?
I have been doing the 60min daily or almost daily, no problem. I am also very fortunate that DH is home relatively early form his new job, so I am able to have the time to get the exercise in.
I do Zumba classes (virtual right now due to the pandemic) twice a week, which I have been doing anyway since January 2019. The rest of the week I go for a walk/jog for 60-70 mins, as long as it is not raining.
Are you having trouble finding the free time? Or actually making it through the full 60min?

Whew!!! The tests got here too late to use FMU so I had to use SMU, but I’m pretty sure it’s negative!! That was such a wake up call to be better!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
