    yes if at all possible. After about 45 minutes

    Even if you can get that like 4 days a week that will really help. If you can't, I'd keep doing what you are doing. Do NOT go to "couch potato" as that's been rather disappointing results.

    Awesome thank you, I will do a long walk every day. I’m debating whether to ttc at the start of next month (5 weeks on the LE diet, coffee, alcohols abs fibre) or wait until the next cycle which would mean one chance only as getting pregnant any later than that won’t work with our plans to move country. Do the moons theories have any basis? Both my dates for ttc are full moons which apparently sways blue

    No, there is nothing to the moons. Since you only have the two cycles I'd have you try this month. PLEASE do not ever postpone an attempt due to the moon

    Most of us ovulate with the full moon in most months. It's the commonest time of the month to ovulate. So it just can't be the case that it matters for swaying because 50-50 boys and girls are conceived.
