Comments regarding DW's diet changes-I am completely vegan- have been since giving birth to my son. I tried to start eating less soy, more nut based things. Added diet soda and fruity drinks in, added alcohol to some extent. With my son I wasn't drinking at all so even a little I think helped. I didn't track anything because I used to have anorexia so I couldn't really go back down that path. However because of that I'm very aware of what I'm eating and I tend to underestimate.If diet was used, length of time before attempt?Technically I've been on This diet for a year but in the last few months I've been decreasing the Calories more, eating out less ( less salt which is. A big change from my boy), and more sweets! Which I feel like I never had before.Did you skip breakfast regularly?YesDid DH change his diet with you?YesComments regarding DH's diet-He also went fully vegan. He stopped drinking coffee so intensely. He quit drinking. Started smoking- a lot ��. LDId you consume alcohol?- A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?No, I drink caffeine regularlyAny Diet Details?I upped my caffeine a lot. Skipped breakfast 5 out of 7 days and did add some alcohol in my diet. Still probably only one drink a week( aside from the crazy drinking night I had about a week before conception) ��Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?-WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?I weighed 130, leading up to O. With my son I was 135. Not a huge difference but I'm already pretty skinny so I didn't want to lose a ton of weight.Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?I went for a walk every single day. I went from doing my aerial( strength based) workouts 8x a week and reduced it to only 3x.THINGS in VG and CONCEPTION DATE(CD) INFO

Any additional comments?So I had an attempt what I believe was 2 days before O, I had another one three days later. FF marks my O day as that second attempt, however when I checked my CM and cervical position that day they weren't fertile. Either way we were following the every four day method. We either hit 0-2 and 0+1 or 0-3 and 0.THE DEED INFO

Have a salt lamp next to my bed.Moon Phase during conception?First QuarterDid you use any Old Wives Tales?We didn't have a girl outfit under our bed but we do have an entire closet of them haha.Things that make me feel great about my sway:I feel so different already with this pregnancy. Like very sickly and hot and just ugh. My pregnancy with my son was a Breeze. Being fully vegan Is a huge change especially for my husband. Him smoking a lot and drinking less coffee is a complete 180 for him. With my son I was always eating out and eating lots of chicken and salt. I have picked up sweets more and honestly that's a good thing for me. When I was TTC my son I cut caffeine completely. This time I upped it- a lot. My husband also switched from boxers to brief for this whole time and he's been going outside more too and unicycling.Things that make me nervous about my sway:There's always things. Did I lose enough weight? Did I really get the one attempt in? Could I have skipped breakfast EVERY day. All I know is my lifestyle change is 100% different than before, as is my husbands and that feels pretty reassuring. Of course it's hard to believe. I also have an issue just believing I deserve anything good so that is hard as well. Just allowing good things to come into my life.Things worth mentioning:I was breastfeeding up until about a week before conception. I'm not sure when we will find out the gender. Finding out early with my boy made the pregnancy so hard. I want to be confident 100% that it's a girl but of course have to prepare for either.Here's a link to my chart!
