    Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
    I went vegetarian. I ate 2 meals a day. Usually didnÂ’t have the first one until at least 12pm. I didnÂ’t track calories etc. after the first couple of weeks but I am fairly sure I stayed somewhat within the recommended limits although IÂ’m sure I used to go over on the fat allowance as I have a bad sweet tooth. I would allow myself cheats when we got takeaways etc.
    If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
    I was on the LE diet for 9 months before I conceived. I was on it was 3 months before we tried to conceive.

    Comments regarding DH's diet-
    DH went mainly vegetarian too. He would still eat meat once a week and in the last month or two before we conceived he was eating one portion of meat and one portion of fish per week. He mainly replaced milk with soya milk although he would still occasionally drink cowÂ’s milk. He didnÂ’t go on the LE diet or skip breakfast or decrease the amount he ate at all.

    Any Diet Details?
    I drank one or two coffees a day and gave up tea. I would drink a glass of wine most evenings with my dinner until I ovulated. The month I conceived though I was probably only having a glass of wine 2 or 3 times per week. I would eat a roll or sandwich for lunch with cheese everyday and usually cucumbers, tomatoes etc. IÂ’d also have a pear. I would have a bag of crisps and bar then too. For dinner I would have something healthy and vegetarian and some jellies after. I used to cheat on calories etc. when getting takeaways etc. but never ate meat, fish or eggs. I avoided avocados and bananas except for an occasional time. I ate soya products 2 or 3 times a week.
    Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
    I used to put iodinised salt on my dinner for flavour when needed. I used a little bit of artificial sweetener in my coffee. I drank 7up zero a glass a day usually too. I wasnÂ’t too rigid with the diet and never felt hungry or deprived on it.
    WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
    What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
    I was after an operation when I started the diet and was at my lowest adult weight of 7.5 stone. I gained back a bit but right up to when I conceived I was only a small size 8 English size (I think thatÂ’s a size 4 American size), whereas prior to this I would have been a size 10 (American size 6).
    Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
    I used to exercise with a stepper in my house and would watch telly or study while doing it. I would just walk quickly on it. I would do it for an hour when my kids had went to bed 5-6 times per week.

    Things that make me feel great about my sway:
    Diet, exercise, one attempt, prayer and positive thinking
    Things that make me nervous about my sway:
    I was taking progesterone pessaries after ovulation and I was afraid this would sway blue. I had used progesterone cream after ovulation for the few months before. I was also a bit nervous about the fact that BD was the night before I ovulated even though I know timing has been debunked.
    Things worth mentioning:
    AtomicÂ’s sway plan was brilliant it took the stress and researching out of it for me and I think it was well worth the money it was so detailed and thorough and she answered any questions really promptly. I think the positive thinking and prayer helped too. And I tried not to stress to much over the details and get too swayobsessed cos I am a person who is quite obsessed with detail and I knew that wouldnÂ’t help my sway. ThatÂ’s why I didnÂ’t continue tracking calories etc. after awhile. And I tried to prepare myself that no matter how much I swayed I couldnÂ’t get a 100% guarantee IÂ’d get a girl, there was always a chance IÂ’d get a sway opposite and I think I had prepared myself for that. But it did work and I am so happy and grateful.
