Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Reduced calories to 1800 a day or less most days. No meat, fish, eggs. Added 3 cups of coffee a day.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? 16 weeks

Did DH change his diet with you? Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet- Reduced meat and added coffee. Switched to soya milk in his coffee rather than cows milk.

DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details? I was already vegetarian before I had my first 2 boys, although I did eat fish. Cut out fish and eggs this time, drank coffee, ate around 1800 cals and stayed in limits mostly. DidnÂ’t drink alcohol. Tried to leave at least 3 hours between meals and skipped breakfast, which I found really hard as I normally graze all day! Ate mostly what I wanted but used My Fitness Pal to stay within limits. Also avoided cereals and oats and dark chocolate. Switched to margarine instead of butter. Had some white and some brown bread.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? I did normal le diet rather than pcos / fertility diet even though I was 39. Obviously I regret this now! Did eat things like biscuits and a lot of carbs which I now realise may have been bad for my sway.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 130lbs
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? Did a brisk walk most days for an hour. I lost about 10lbs over the 16 weeks.

How many BD attempts did you make for the BFP cycle? 2 but I think the second one was after o
BD Dates according to Ovulation
Any additional comments? My opks were negative but I attempted anyway. Based on my usual cycle length and temps I thought it was about 1 day before o. Finally got a positive opk 5 days later so attempted again but IÂ’m sure the opks were wrong! According to scan dates I did conceive the day after my first attempt.

Any relevant attempt details? Tried to avoid big o. Tried not to stress over the attempt, or dh abstaining, just business as usual but tried to do 1 attempt in fertile window.

Any additional supplement info? I took iodine. Avoided probiotics and pregnancy sups which I took pre ttc with my other boys.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: Felt that my calorie intake was hugely reduced from my normal way of eating, and also not snacking all day and religiously skipping breakfast. Also that I managed to do 1 hour walks most days. Keeping my protein and fat within the limits most of the time.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: The few days I may have gone slightly over my limits, the holiday I had a week before my attempt where I did my best to stick to diet and exercise but was hard to track.
Things worth mentioning: I had been on ig diet for a long time, conceived, ate a higher calorie diet and took supps for 3 months, miscarried and then did le diet for 16 weeks. Conceived first cycle after I got af back. My sway was a while ago now and my little boy is already here! But adding in case it helps anyone.
Ok thanks Atomic :) he’s been away so we’ve also had a massive gap in between BD - not going to plan much lol I’m about to buy more Coq10 pills, stick to 100mg? They seem easier to get in higher...
