Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I did the LE diet for 6 months then got pregnant and went off diet for a month then had early mc at 8 weeks (baby stopped growing at 5 weeks) and got back on diet

6 months then off for a month back on 2 weeks before catching first egg after early mc

DH ate less red meat since I didn’t cook it

Any Diet Details?
I was a lot more relaxed on the diet after the mc. When I first fell pregnant before the mc it was hard for me to adjust to eating breakfast again but after two weeks I was regularly eating three meals with snacks again. After the mc I cut out breakfast and drank lots of coffee, other than that I continued to eat whatever I wanted.

I stopped bleeding on CD7 and we started BD that night. I got pos opk on CD12 and some ewcm. More ewcm and O pains on CD14. I think I actually ovulated on CD15. Got the flu on CD10 and went down hard for a few days with a high temperature around 101F. I took Tylenol and ibuprofen and off brand NyQuil that didn’t have Tylenol in it (DH got the cheap one) but it did have dextromethorphan 30mg and doxylamine (antihistamine) 12.5mg. I usually never take cold medicine unless I’m so sick I can’t move. I only took the cold medicine on CD12 and CD13 and drank vodka cranberries on CD14 and CD15. DH also had the flu and took some cold medicine. We were successful at catching the first egg and got our BFP 14dpo. I had some very faint lines on cheap tests around 8dpo, but only a solid line on a frer with fmu 14dpo.

Filled a box that my grandmother gave me with two pink onesies, a picture of me as a little girl, a hand written letter to my daughter with her name on it, and wooden spoon with a pink bow. Chinese calendar girl.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
We caught the first egg after mc at 8 weeks. We were both extremely sick with the flu week of O. I didn’t eat for 3 days straight because I couldn’t keep anything down. Lost 6 lbs week of O. Took an antihistamine day before O and drank vodka cranberries on O day.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I was off diet for a month while I was pregnant and I was taking prenatal pills that month as well. I was so over the LE diet after being on it for 6 months this year and losing 40lbs. I didn’t have anything left in me for the diet so I wasn’t strict with the diet after the mc, but I did skip breakfast. We BD 2-3 times in fertile window. DH missed a day during FR. Noticeable ewcm after not having any for months while on LE diet. I feel like we are programmed for blue.

Things worth mentioning:
I feel like I did all that I could do with my sway. It’s all in God’s hands now and we just have to wait and see what happens. Our hearts were broken after the mc and wanted to get pregnant quickly so we BD frequently to make sure we got the egg, which I believe will sway blue. I was on Zoloft for 6 months for PPA while I was doing the diet and had always planned to wean off at BFP. I was fully weaned off when mc started. I took Ativan once a day for 9 days from CD 1-9 for this ttc cycle after the mc then got the flu and took the cold and flu medicine week of O.

I’m currently 4 weeks pregnant and will update with gender as soon as we find out!!

After losing 40lbs on the LE diet, catching the first egg after mc, and having the flu week of O not sure what else I could have possibly done to sway more pink (other than one attempt but no regrets at this point). All in Gods hands now and will be happy with a healthy sticky bean!! Thank you for all your support and guidance!! Will update back after nipt results!!

Update had our first ultrasound today and saw our healthy sticky bean at 7 weeks!! Strong heartbeat!! So happy!! Scheduled NIPT for two weeks from today!!
