Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
LE PCOS
I drastically decreased the amount of dairy I consumed, very seldomly had dairy only enough get myself to ovulate the month I conceived. Ate very little animal products and tried to stick to eating vegan for the first 4.5 months of diet. Cut out red meat entirely - only had about 3-4 cheats during swaying. Very seldomly had sugar - some cheats here and there. First 1.5 months of diet I started regular LE and then transitioned to LE PCOS.

Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
DH ate a lot less meat and dairy - ate very similar to my diet as he eats everything I cook
DId you consume alcohol?
Yes - not daily/ super regularly but alot more than when I was ttc my first. Mostly wine at home, some white claws or vodka soda when out with friends.
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No - had 2-3 coffees a day
Any Diet Details /Additional Info?
Limited sugar heavily, 90% vegan, all whole grains, lots of vegetables and fruit. I ovulate sporadically and have long cycles, but I did cut back too far for most of the diet and stopped ovulation even with letrozole. Limited amount of garlic/ onion and celery ate in attempt to lower my testosterone (slightly elevated with PCOS). Drank lots of crystal light/ equal, not really for sway I started drinking it frequently before swaying since I struggle with water intake.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
98 lbs (5’0 so not completely out of norm weight)

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Lowest conception weight probably since early high school
Leading up until cycle I conceived I was exercising 5-6 days a week, 60 minutes on the treadmill. Month I conceived I limited to 2-3 days a week so I would ovulate. Took fiber supplement after most meals and took cinnamon supplements with meals up until month of BFP.
DH did minimal exercise as he was lifting a lot when our DS was conceived, ended up having a knee injury so month of BFP he had no exercise

If I ate a sugar cheat I took cinnoman with it to stabilize blood sugar. Any fat cheats I took fiber.
Did you do anything with Ions?
Yes - wore rose quartz necklace or bracelet entire sway. Salt lamp on at all times of day. Lavender body washes. Pink nail polish all the time.
Moon Phase during conception?
Didnt check or use in sway
Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Baby girl outfit under bed
Spoon with pink bow under bed
Wrote a note to DD before attempt and placed under bed
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Lowest conception weight. Both I and DH were eating very different than when our son was conceived (very girl friendly)
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Didn’t get to exercise month of attempt as often as I would’ve hoped, had a couple cheat days month of attempt.
Didn’t get to attempt with FR or longer abstain
Things worth mentioning:
We prayed and manifested like crazy - I kept envisioning a baby girl in my future the entire sway

Thank you! I’m officially 20 weeks and it’s crazy to think I’m halfway done.
This pregnancy has been a lot harder than DS was. My nausea started 5.5 weeks, similar to my son, but this time it was a lot more severe and lasted all day long starting first thing in the morning. I puked a lot more too and had almost no appetite first tri. I’m still nauseas in the mornings if I don’t take my nausea prescription before bed at 20 weeks. I only puked one time with DS and had 3 weeks max of nausea. I know the sickness is an old wives tale but for me definitely rang true
