New member!!
Hi All(Atomic ),
I'm new on here (Been over at IG) Noticed a fair few differences compared!! Wanting some advice on a possible girl sway at the end of this year early next??
I'm a little conflicted on what to do cause IG is heavily focused on ph diet & timing but I'm reading on here different!?
Hoping to get some advice on what I should be doing compared to what I have read!!
Thanks in advance!!

Hi and welcome Roses! There are ALWAYS reasons why we do things differently than IG so whenever you're confused about something, please ask.
What we have found actually works is LE Diet longer than 12 weeks plus fiber, coffee, and alcohol while droping fortified foods and probiotics, cardio exercise 60 min a day 6-7 days a week, one attempt (and you can do this with timing if you'd like, but most of us have timing opposites and we just have the attempt at positive OPK. and then Clomid or Femara if you can get them. If not, it's no biggie, just sway in other ways.
The rest of the stuff is fine if you'd like to use them but do be aware that many of the supplements as recommended by Ingender are not safe and some of them may even sway blue.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks so much Atomic,
Yes that's what I've read with ingender, how important do you considering timing?? Like with my third boy he was conceived with a 2 day cut off & My 2nd was conceived pretty much O+12!!! How can I find out what is best for me to do a sway?? supplements diet timing etc? Hubs & I have been on Magnesium supps for the past year for other reasons but what else do you suggest??
I just want to get all my info together before I show Hubs. He's not 100% on number 4 but maybe if I can get all my sway info together to show it is possible he might be more willing!!!
What are you thoughts?? At this point I'm convinced we can only make boys!!!

I don't consider timing important at all and I got 4 of my 5 kids as timing opposites. Case against timing is here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...le-timing.html
I can't suggest supplements other than fiber and folic acid or folate without a sway plan - I just don't have the info about your health and any medical interactions to advise you safely. It's up to you if you want to continue the mag or not - I personally don't believe in it for swaying but it is at your discretion.
No one can only make boys, I promise! I got 4 boys over the course of 21 years. We have people on here who had girls after 6-7-8 boys.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
