3 hours glucose test failed

Hello everyone i just did my 1 hour glucose test in teo weeks back its came 141 i failed it and today i did 3 hours one two passed fasting came 73 and 3rd hour one came 124 and middle two messed up 1 hour came 250 and 2 hours came 175.so they refered me to diabetic center and i don’t know what they will say.do i need to take insulin life long?

No, you won't need to take insulin lifelong and may not even need to take it during pregnancy. Most cases of gestational diabetes are controlled with diet alone and don't need insulin injections. I know it seems scary but tons of people manage their gestational diabetes successfully just from changing their diet.

Thanks atomic my a1c came normal 5.3 and still i have gestational diabetes.i don’t know how i got it this time

It just happens sometimes. That your a1c is good, is actually great news as it may mean it will be easier for you to control via diet.
