Hi Girls, well back for another month of trying :(
AF arrived again yesterday so now waiting for another attempt in about 2 weeks. Last months attempt was a mess up - so i am determined this month has to be better!
Just wondering what others think about a lime or vinegar douche? I have never done one before so am a bit cautious! Also, i have Sylk, and thought if i used that, then would it be neccessary to do the douche? Just wondering out loud. Really want to get pregnant soon, I am getting too old!

I've heard the vinegar/lime douches can be too strong and kill ALL The spermies..
Use SYLK and RepHresh and you should be set!
That's what I did!

I personally like RepHresh the best and Sylk second best, esp. when used with antihistamine to dry up CM.
I"m not a huge fan of douching. I think they're too hard to get right and can kill off everything, the stress of having to mix them and worry about it all can raise testosterone, and they don't have the staying power of the jellies - the jellies really do stick to the walls of the VJ for some time after using.
Using Sylk by itself is fine.

I'm not trying to discredit Sylk, but it did not work for me. Lathered myself in it and I'm pregnant with DS2!
I might still use it next time finetuning a bit my sway, but just wanted to let you know that it won't sway per se if not part of a bigger sway.

Carol, please feel free to tell everyone about your experience with Sylk! The reason I happen to like Sylk is that it's a good lube and low in pH for people who are concerned about pH. I would take RepHresh over Sylk any day of the week.
Also, no sway tactic is a magic bullet unfortunately - we have opposites with all of them.

I remember someone on IG saying that Sylk actually raised their pH so I think its important to test and see how your body reacts to it :) and of course used in conjunction with a bigger sway
