So ladies, I saw three last night in the ER but I was in so much shock from my pain and everything that I just came on here and said "one sac" because that's what the ER doc told me, and I didn't have a pic to show everyone..then I thought I could take some pics from the video I took.
So, this would explain my bleeding. When I asked the doc if that was my baby he said he didn't know it was too early.. it was "just a fluid filled sac"
I texted my BFF who's had 6 kids and she's confirming what I was thinking...
multiples, aka TRIPLETS but I just wanted to get opinions from you ladies!

Please help! I didn't know they could be spaced apart like that.. the two look like they are on my cervix? I have no idea.

My hcg did go from 46 to 500 in under a week.

Not sure what I am looking at, sorry?

The black circles.
They identified what they think is my baby as the one on top and the cursor was measuring it :) Sorry I didn't clarify.

Ooohhhh are they just under the word stereo???

Ooohhhh are they just under the word stereo???

I should point them out with a program. :) The middle one is my baby "maybe" they said and the bottom two in the white is what I am talking about. Just odd. If I did have multiples, even just twins it would explain my bleeding.

The one they said might be my baby is the one in the middle with the cursor on it.
It's the only one fluid filled I guess?

I am not sure, so don't go by this, but they look like follicles to me, so fluid filled sacs would be my assumption also.

Like I said, no idea, they just look like the black spots you get when you go HT.
Just editing to add, that #3 looks just like a follicle, number 2 I am not so sure.

I know, right? Patience is not my best suit right now!!! :)
They are saying 1 is the fluid filled sac. I'm sorry there was a cursor over it.

Maybe you could post the whole video somewhere? That may give someone a better idea?

This is how good I was, I assumed #1 was the baby cause it was different than the other 2.

Do you have multiples in the family? You could also try pm persistance, she had triplets, she may know a little more.

Good luck xoxo glad at least one is happy and healthy!

I can't because it has my whole name on it. I went all the way around the screen to be able to read everything and I wanted to be fast so as not to look stupid for doing it lol.
If I do it next week then I will take another video. :) The doc did insist I keep my appointment on the 7th, so he's interested. But yes YAY for one healthy bean!

My mom has said that I do. I did have Vitex and a lot of sweet potatoes. In hopes of making twins. I didn't know if those were the right sweet potatoes or not, I just read it online.

One last thing I remembered.. He said the bottom one might be a cyst my BFF said (Yeah a blastocyst!)
He did not say a word about #3 This is a high risk clinic so the fact he's insisting I go in a week for another ultrasound is making me wonder if he does see 2 or 3!
Then again, maybe I'm NUTZ!

You would not have a cyst in your uterus. That would be on your ovary.

Also, did they check for a Subchorionic hematoma? If you have had bleeding, that would explain it and it would appear as a black mass on the screen.

Nothing is very well-defined in these images as they are not very clear. You are so early, it is really too early to see anything.

Thank you for your input NBP, I did not even think that's what they could be! I will make sure to bring it up! :)

I could have had a very late implantation I guess. Only time will tell, but yes I agree with you that it
WOULD BE SO AWESOME To have Twin Girls!!! I would most certainly be over the moon just to have one!
The OB doc on call verified the top one is a pregnancy fluid filled sac, he said the bottom might be a cyst, and didn't mention the one on the side at all. But they don't like to tell you anything until they can verify it, as you can hold them accountable I guess. At 4 weeks, or even 4 wks 5 days this is what they look like, just black balls. LOL
I promise I will keep everyone updated! I might get my levels checked this week, or just give my arm a rest and do it next week.

I don't see much but lately I have been blind and mental.

Maybe the Dr wants to make sure you are at the app to check on the bleeding but by then they may be able to see if you have 2 or 3 babes.

also you can have uterine polyps that can bleed and they might look like an implanted baby.

I agree with all of this. While I see some darker spots, they could be anything from small hematomas to simple shadows. If they were able to identify one sac, then that's a good sign. Your next scan should tell a fuller story. Good luck!

Hi, I don't have a clue about multiple pregnancies but I just wanted to pop on and say best of luck, it would be truly exciting if you have more than one in there! so good luck with your next ultrasound and keep us updated!

Just putting in my two cents, with my last full term pregnancy I was also pregnant with multiples and started heavy bleeding in the early weeks, although did not find out was multiples until started bleeding. I guess I had a hemorige (sp) and was having a miscarriage, it turned out to be only a partial miscarriage though and I only lost one, not saying this is what is happening to you but you never know. This time around it was never confirmed if multiples were in there but my levels spiked quite a bit and I am having quite a few problems with this pregnancy so am wondering if possibly lost another twin sibling again but am happy none the least that I have at least one healthy baby, just really hope its a girl lol. but good luck and if it is triplets i tip my hat to you lol my fiance's mom had quad girls naturally lol so I can say your about to have your hands full:D.

Oh you had heavy bleeding in the beginning too! I'm SO sorry for your loss! :broken: :sadflwr: I think I could have had two in there since I started heavy bleeding 5 days before AF and with some clotting and my heavy AF like bleeding I could have miscarried one of them..then a week later even though my levels went up from 46 to 546 I miscarried the last one last Wednesday.
Unfortunately I don't think I am pregnant anymore.
My stupid HPT from today still has a light line though, I guess my body doesn't want to let go.
But I am taking Vitex and red raspberry leave capsules to heal faster.
Thank you for your comment. :)

Awww I'm so sorry for your loss:(......Im still hoping you have one healthy one though so sending baby dust!!! Keep us posted I really hope you are still carrying and it is healthy. And yes I did, I had quite a few problems with my last pregnancy, as with this one as well but no bleeding with this one yet just early contractions at 16-17 weeks.

Thank you sweetie! My OPK is much darker, so I think that the hcg is finally out of my system. That's okay though, I'm fine with it! :)
I hope that those early contractions stop! How are you feeling now?

So I've heard many times ;) Thank you toomanyboys, I feel SO much better than I did a week ago Wednesday.
I am definitely pushing this cycle to conceive. I have been taking Vitex and Red Raspberry Leave capsules to heal faster, and of course my other supplements. This is the only happy thing about my experience, that now I have an automatic higher outcome of PINK. I never saw myself in this position, not once. I always had healthy pregnancies and I even did things I shouldn't of done, not knowing about them. I never saw pregnancy as such a fragile thing. It's given me a greater appreciation for conceiving and what a blessing it really is! A week before I miscarried I just had this peace that everything would be okay, and I shared that with DH that the GD was gone, even if it would have been another bundle of blue, I would have been fine with it. I just wanted that baby. It also gave me a much greater appreciation and love for the children I do have.
I look forward to getting my sticky pink bean and I will keep everyone updated on my new Vitex thread!
