CL produces CM for me

Ok, my attempt is right around the corner. I have been doing everything LE diet recommended for months. I drank CL 4 months, and noticed PH lowering but CM increasing, even when i was not ovulating. I would drink CL and literally 15-30 mins later (sorry TMI) have stringy CM (even when I was not ovulating) I stopped drinking CL a month ago and have no CM. but ph is a bit high. does it have anything to do w/ estrogen/ phytoestrogen and producing CM? does it matter? should I just take aspirin and skip the CL and not worry about my PH?

There are no estrogens or phytoestrogens in Crystal Light.

Dumb q but I wonder if you're just getting better hydrated by drinking some fluids and that helps your body make a little CM?? does this happen when you drink any other liquids or just the CL??

Also, some CL has Vit. C in it and Vit. C has increased CM for some people. I'm not even sure if there ARE any Crystal Lights that aren't fortified with Vit C?? Anyone know? Maybe have some water with Equal in it instead (I know that sounds gross.)

I would just have you do aspirin and forget the CL if you're sure that's what is causing it.

CL and Diet coke both make me produce more CM? weird. I started drinking more perrier water, and that dries me up. so I guess I will just skip the CL and diet coke?

I know what you mean about the vitamin C and it does produce CM for me as well. I even tried the fruit punch CL that didn't have the vitamin C and it did the same thing.

I think I will just stick with aspirin and perrier water.
