I'm not one to eat breakfast, never really have, but I do like my coffee in the morning. So if I drink coffee like an hr after getting up is that considered a no no? Its Decaf with flavored creamer and I add a packet of equal... Is this ok for the sway or should I wait a couple hrs and then have my cup of coffee?

I don't know what the rules are but I drink a cup as SOON AS I CAN! Not out of hunger, out of NECESSITY! Heeh.
So, if that messes up my sway... well... *shrugs*

I drank a cup of coffee first thing every morning while swaying. I even put a dribble of skim milk in it

Ok good! Thanks... I just didn't know cuz I know the creamer and coffee have calories in it and should raise the blood sugar a bit..

I'm not sure atomic would condone the creamer (or the bit of milk I used), but I know she said coffee in the morning is absolutely fine with a sway. It really helped keep my hunger in check so I could wait until 12 or even 1 to eat.

Coffee in the morning is fine as long as you don't have PCOS/insulin resistance. I def. had it in the morning and still got a girl.

I put milk/creamer in mine! :p
In terms of blood sugar, there's a mighty big difference between a splash of milk (even if it does raise blood sugar, it drops almost immediately) and 3 eggs with toast and jelly and oj and coffee.

Man, now I want 3 eggs, toast and jelly, oj, and coffee! Mmmmm!
I have coffee and light soy milk 2 to 3 times at least, per day. Before the swaying, it was whole milk (if I were back home in the States... it'd be half and half! I miss that stuff!)
