So 1/2 my Facebook page is taken up by various friends trying to hawk Body By Vi and inviting me to find out more about the 90 Day Challenge... I took a quick look at this company and product and it seems to be a pyramid scheme (call in "network marketing" or "multi level marketing" all you want, but it's a pyramid scheme plain and simple!) and the product is some meal replacement diet using shakes. Now, maybe the shakes are "amazing" and I'm sure people lose weight by basically eating only one meal a day, but this has very little chance for long term success, IMO. Will you be drinking shakes for 2 meals a day for the rest of your life? If not, what happens when you go off the shakes and start eating real food again?
Am I missing something? Why are so many people raving about this? And also, why have 1/2 my FB friends turned into zombies that have stopped posting about interesting things that they think or do and have started posting things like this multiple times a day, "At another 90 Day Challenge Party....I am really liking this program...I think it has great potential in my life! Wanna know more???"
