Have I ovulated???

On Thursday CD 12 my temp was 97.45

On Friday CD13 my temp was 97.12

Then on Saturday CD 14 my temp was 97.54 and I got a OPK+ around 2pm that day.

But then this morning my temp dropped again to 97.27.

We BD on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I last used Rephresh on Wed. night.

My question is should we continue BDing today and tomorrow to be safe? Am I correct in assuming that we should then use Rephresh today again?

I have no idea if you Oed but yes, insert RepHresh now. Then don't baby dance for 8 hours to be safe.
It works for 3 days.

When in doubt, DTD.

I agree with Butterfly, if you want to use RepHresh, try to make it 8-12 hours before BD.
