The LE Diet is available in the Dream Members section along with meal plans, recipes, food suggestions, etc.

I have a simplified "diet suggestions" thread here. This is NOT the LE Diet, this was an early attempt to combine LE Diet into the FGD-IGD back when I thought no one would be willing to give up those diets.
