What supps are you talking about, exactly? Only the antihistamines really control CM dramatically. Saw palmetto and diet can help dry up CM a little bit, but the antihistamines are really the heavy hitters.
Your CM can change even if you can't see it. There are things called "mucins" in your CM that can assist/prevent sperm from making it through the CM and the mucins respond to levels of testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone and sway that way.
Don't increase supps, the amounts we use are the max for safety already.

I personally have not seen much success with cranberry drying up CM much. It does seem to lower the pH of CM, however.
Have you read this thread? It talks about cranberry, the pros and cons, and some other supps that may be safer. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-girl-best-practices/7086-how-lower-ph-via-supps-cran-baby-aspirin-aspartame-other-techniques.html

How long have you been on the diet? Are you on the LE diet? I think it took me a month on the diet hard core to notice a difference.

atomic, i read very carefully your post on cranberry...do you have to taper down if you are taking just the dose recommended on the package? i am not doing a ton, just the 2 they recommend as a dose.

I would - except at ovulation when you HAVE to quit it cold turkey to make sure it's out of your system before a baby can implant. (which is why I like baby aspirin better, because you don't have to stop it cold turkey).
Will it ~probably~ be safe, yes, it probably will, but better safe than sorry.
